A classic Toronto detached brick house in an historic neighbourhood has been fitted with a contemporary sawtooth addition clad in weathering steel.
Capped with a bronze-screened porch in clear western red cedar timber, expansive mahogany windows frame views to the surrounding properties and gardens.
The interiors have been layered in white oak, stone and tile finishes with the original woodwork and paneling meticulously rebuilt and restored.
